River and Rowing Museum
For 'The Partners'

One of the UK’s leading independent Museums, the River & Rowing Museum has over 116,000 visitors a year. The Museum opened in 1998 to celebrate the River, the international sport of Rowing and the town of Henley on Thames. The Museum runs a broad programme of special exhibitions and activities including lectures, children’s workshops and family events.

They asked The Partners to design their new brand identity. Our logo took the iconic shape of a rowing oar and used it to create the rhythmical ripples of the river Thames.

A clean sans-serif typeface was teamed with the logo to create a contemporary feel.

Stainless steel signage was produced for the celebrated building designed by David Chipperfield Architects. I designed a bespoke investor brochure with a paper engineered cover in the shape of a rowing oar, as well as oar shaped inserts.
