'Step Up' Employee Magazine
For 'Hybrid'

Meggitt PLC delivers advanced technologies, products and services for aerospace, defence and selected energy applications. With around 11,200 employees, staff wellness is a major priority for the company.

In 2013 Meggitt launched an exciting and thought provoking new health magazine for employees called ‘Step Up as part of its ‘Vitality’ employee programme. Meggitt asked one of its lead design agencies, Hybrid Creative to create a new look and feel for the magazine, and, freelancing for Hybrid, I was asked to help. 

I helped establish the lively and engaging look and feel of the first Step Up magazine, which was full of interesting articles inspiring employees to live healthily.. I developed the masthead, internal layout and illustration style. This formed the visual template for further issues, some of which I also helped design.
